Refund Policy (14-Day Guarantee): We offer a refund for purchases made within 14 days of the original transaction date, provided that the Service has not been used.
Waiver of Cooling-Off Period: Under UK consumer law, accessing or downloading digital content within the 14-day cancellation period generally waives your right to a refund. Once you have used the Service (e.g., by uploading content or initiating a project), the purchase becomes strictly non-refundable.

3. User-Uploaded Content (Photos and Videos)

Your Ownership: You retain all ownership rights to the photos, videos, and other materials you upload to the Service ("User Content").
Privacy and Visibility: We respect your privacy. The Service is designed so that your User Content is only visible to you and the specific individuals you explicitly invite to view it. We do not make your User Content publicly accessible or indexable by search engines.
License to Host: By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display your content strictly for the purpose of operating the Service and making it available to you and your invited guests.
Your Responsibilities: You warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, and permissions to upload all User Content. You agree not to upload any content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights or violates privacy laws.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

Because you can upload media and invite others, you agree not to use the Service to:

Upload, share, or store any content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or depicts explicit/illegal acts.
Distribute viruses, malware, or malicious code.
Attempt to bypass our security measures or access accounts/content belonging to other users.
Overburden our hosting infrastructure with unreasonable upload volumes.

5. Service Availability and Data Retention

"Lifetime" Access: Your one-time payment grants you access to the Service for the lifespan of the product. If we ever discontinue the Service, we will provide you with reasonable advance notice so you can download your User Content.
Data Deletion: If you delete your account, we will permanently delete your User Content from our active servers in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service itself, including its software, design, and original features, is owned by Binary Pulsar Ltd and is protected by UK and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Northern Ireland. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
